Good Morning,

Just a reminder that we have field trips planned for grades 1–8. If I have not yet received a permission form, paper copies will be sent home today.

Grades 3–8 will leave at 9:30 a.m. and return at 12:30 p.m. on their respective days. Grades 1 and 2 will need to be picked up at the school at 12:00 noon and may leave directly from Village Creek.

Led by our amazing Student Council, the student body celebrated our veterans with posters in the car line, flags, stickers, hats, and a festive patriotic dress-up day. Thank you to all who participated in showing appreciation for those who have served!

Cheer Team Tryouts!
Girls in grades 5–8 are invited to try out for our cheer team! Team members will cheer at our home basketball games.

Our cheer coach, Noel Hadnott, will lead a cheer clinic after school next week, Monday through Thursday, with tryouts on Friday, the 21st, during school.

To participate in the clinic and tryouts, all interested students must complete the physical and athletic release forms linked below.

Skip the cooking, skip the dishes — Monday’s dinner plans are handled!
Join us at Chipotle between 4–8 PM for our November Bulldogs' Night Out. Show our flyer at checkout (or enter the code from it in the app for pick-up orders only) and enjoy your burrito guilt-free — you’re helping our group just by eating!

The week of November 17th we have fun and activities planned for every grade. A fire engine will be visiting the ECC while grades 1-8 get to venture off campus. We have booked various trips that help celebrate what is good, true, and beautiful about Beaumont and its surrounding areas. From down the street at the McFaddin Ward house to Village Creek. Digital permission slips for these trips can be found on Google Classroom and in this week's Bulldog Beat. Please note that 1st and 2nd graders must be accompanied by an adult and all chaperones must be Virtus compliant. Also all students are to bring a brown bag lunch to their trip and 5th and 6th grade will need $2 for entry into the John Jay French Museum.

Our student council is sponsoring a Thanksgiving food drive to benefit Market To Hope. Please see the attached flyer for requested items. As an incentive, the class that brings the most items per student will win a pizza party and movie.

We are seeking sponsors to support our boys' basketball team for the upcoming season. Your contribution will help provide equipment, travel expenses, and other essential needs for our athletes.

Dear Parents,

This Friday, we’ll be celebrating both Halloween and All Saints’ Day with a day full of fun and faith-filled activities!

Here’s what you need to know:

Dress Up: Students should come to school dressed as their assigned saint for their Theology project.

Saint-Themed Snack: Please have your child bring a snack related to their saint to share or enjoy.

Festive Photos: Our cafeteria will be decorated for special pictures throughout the day.

Parade to the Chancery: We’ll parade over to the Chancery to show our saint costumes to the Bishop!

Parents are welcome to line up along the parade route on our return to hand out candy for Trick-or-Treating.

Bags will be provided for the students.

Playground Fun: Afterward, we’ll enjoy some outdoor fun and $4 snow cones on the playground!

We’re looking forward to a joyful day celebrating our faith and community. Thank you for helping make this day special for our students!

On October 31st our students will be celebrating All Saints’ Day by dressing in their Saint Costumes . Student's will then get to show off their costumes to Bishop Toups during a parade at the chancery.

At 10 am parents can line our sidewalk for trick or treat opportunity . Please bring a bag of candy to handout. We will finish the day with recess and $4 Snow Cones!

This is an early dismissal day, no lunch or aftercare will be provided.

We’ve created a Sign-Up Genius for all the roles that need to be filled for this year’s Gumbo Dinner — our second largest fundraiser of the year. This important event helps us keep tuition costs low for our families.
