New Student Enrollment Process

Please read below for the new student application and enrollment process.

Step #1

If you are interested in starting the process of enrollment with us, please begin by filling out the New Student Inquiry Form above. Our Director of Enrollment will reach out to you within 48 business hours to schedule a tour and interview.

Step #2

Part 1: Once you have completed step 1, you will arrive for your tour and interview on your scheduled day and time. Your student(s) will be required to attend the tour with you. This will be under the direction of the Principal/Director of Enrollment. While you are in your interview, your student(s) will have the opportunity to shadow a class. They will be invited to participate during that scheduled time with their prospective peers and teachers.

Part 2: If you decide to continue with the enrollment process, you will fill out the "Intent to Enroll Form."

Step #3

FACTS enrollment will need to be completed for tuition category placement. Enrollment cannot be considered until this step is finished. You can visit the site below to begin the process and set up your account. There are two steps to FACTS.

Step #4

Upon acceptance, you will receive a password to access the enrollment forms.

You will also need to pay your enrollment fee upon submission of enrollment forms ($300 per student by March 1, 2025, $475 after March 1, 2025).

Here is a list of the items you will need to supply to the school:

  • Social Security Card

  • Birth Certificate

  • Current Immunization Records

  • 1040 Tax Information

  • Sacramental Records (Baptism; First Reconciliation; First Communion)

  • Enrollment Packet

  • Academic Records (If previously in school)

  • Parish Certification Form (If Catholic)

  • Parent/Guardian Drivers License (copy)

  • Custody Agreements/Court Orders (if applicable)

  • FACTS Enrollment MUST be completed before enrollment will be considered.

    • Step 1: Grant & Aid for Category Placement

Step #5

Additional Financial Aid is a separate process handled after acceptance. Additional Financial Assistance is not guaranteed. This will be done in accordance with the business office.
